NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE. PAYPAL IS ONLY USED TO VERIFY & COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION & PURCHASE YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A PAYPAL FEE FOR THIS TRANSACTION & PURCHASE

1. Select the item you want to purchase. Simply cut the item from our webpage and paste it into an email addressed to: purchases@rainbowmusicshop.com. Make sure to include your complete name, mailing / shipping address including postal code, telephone with area code and email address in your email order. We need this info for quoting shipping & insurance costs. Incomplete email orders will not be processed.
2. We will process a reply within 24hrs thru Paypal. You will receive an invoice from us via Paypal that will show your total, payable in Canadian Dollars.
3. To complete your purchase, select Visa / Mastercard as your method of payment. Please note that the charges will be in Canadian Dollars. Paypal will do the currency exhange for you if you're buying from anywhere other than Canada. This amount will appera on your next charge card statement.
4. Enter your charge card info. Your info is secured, encrypted and verified thru Paypal for us to complete the transaction. Your charge card is subject to verification & clearance before we can ship. Please make sure your info is accurately entered.
5. Once we get approval from Paypal, we ship within 24 hours. At that time you will be emailed confirmation of your shipping notice.
